Mostly good, one small issue

I bought the xTool S1 Enclosed Laser and a few packs of plywood sheets. Delivery was quick, arrived in 5 days, which was great. The machine itself is fantastic and the enclosure makes a huge difference with the fumes. My only minor gripe was that one corner of the honeycomb working panel had a small dent, but it didn't affect its functionality. Customer service offered a small credit for it, which was fair. Overall, a good experience and the quality is there, just a tiny snag.
